We act as an extension of your school's team, providing high school seniors with the intensive mentoring, academic support, and career mapping they need to graduate on time–at no cost to districts or students!

Data Reporting Requirement: To effectively track student engagement and measure intervention success, participating schools are required to securely provide student attendance data on a quarterly basis and graduation data annually.

To reach every student effectively, our Success Coaches use two tiers of support specifically designed to identify underlying barriers, provide access to critical resources, and build a unified circle of support for each student.

Virtual Support: High-frequency, consistent outreach via phone, text, email, and virtual meetups to keep students and families continuously engaged.

Hybrid Support: A blended approach featuring weekly, on-campus sessions for intensive, highly focused interventions and face-to-face support.
